Registration
When mailing in the registration form are both pages needed?
Yes, if you are mailing in your registration, both pages of the registration form are needed. Please keep copies for your records.
How do I make changes to my registration?
All changes should be made in writing and include your name and confirmation/ registration number.

What is the cancellation Policy?
If you wish to cancel your reservation for the Fleetwood RV National Rally prior to June 1, 2012, a $35.00 administration fee will be charged. Cancellations post-marked on or after June 1, 2012 will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations submitted on or after June 22, 2012 will result in complete forfeiture of your registration fees. All cancellations must be in writing. Mail your cancellation request to: Fleetwood RV Rally - Cancellation, PO Box 31, Decatur, IN 46733. You may also email your request to mhevents@fleetwoodrv.com. Cancellation requests must include your registration confirmation number.
Will a packet be mailed to me?
In an effort to conserve resources, all communication will be done via email. 2-3 weeks prior to the rally, each attendee will receive an email with the schedule of activities, directions, and confirmation of arrival date. This information will only be mailed to attendees without email addresses.
No access to email prior to arrival? No worries... the most current schedule of activities and other information will be provided in your welcome packet upon arrival.
Parking
I want to park next to friends, is this possible?
Yes, however, you and your friends must arrive and enter the fairgrounds together in order to have spaces next to each other. Spaces are not preassigned and they will be filled on a first come-first served basis.
Is there an area that I may park and wait for friends before parking?
Yes, there is a holding area at the fairgrounds for you to wait, but no overnight parking is permitted. There are several campgrounds and Wal-Marts in the vicinity that may have overnight availability.
Do I need to unhook my towed vehicle before entering the fairgrounds?
No, you will be able to unhook after you arrive at the holding area.
I'm a single and do not have a way to get my towed vehicle to the parking space if I have to unhook.
The parking crew will bring you back to the holding area after you have parked your coach to retrieve your towed vehicle.
Service
How do I schedule service for my motor home?
Service request forms are available at www.fleetwoodrv.com/mhevent; click on the service tab and download the form. All forms must be submitted no later than June 1, 2012.
Can I wait to arrive to make an appointment for service?
NO, please do not wait to inform us that you need service on your motor home. All requests for service must be submitted no later than June 1, 2012. Forms are available at www.fleetwoodrv.com/mhevent and click on the service tab.
I have a service appointment scheduled at the rally; do I need to move my motor home for my service appointment?
You will not need to move your coach for your service appointment. The service technicians will come to your camp-site at your appointment time. Please be available at your coach 30-minutes prior to your appointment time. Service is available for Fleetwood RV motor home owners only.
Golf Carts, Scooters and other Vehicles
Can I bring my own golf cart?
Yes, you may bring and use your own golf cart, provided its operation is covered under your insurance. Please be aware that golf cart use is at your own risk.
Will there be golf carts available for rent?
Yes. You can add golf cart rental to your online registration by logging-in here. You can also email your request to mhevent@fleetwoodrv.com and we will add the golf-cart rental for you.
Can I drive my scooter around the property?
Yes, you can drive your scooter around the property. For gas scooters that are street legal, you must have a license and it must be insured. Gas scooters are not permitted in the buildings.
Electric scooters for mobility access will be permitted in the buildings.
Will there be scooters available for rent?
No, we will not have scooters available for rent.
Activities
Are there any activities planned in the early arrival days?
The Fleetwood RV Rally Team is continually looking for more activities for all attendees. Please check the activities tab on the website frequently for the latest list of activities and sign-up information.
Where is the golf tournament?
Yes - on Wednesday, June 27, 2012. Please check back to the website for more information when it becomes available.
Where will the main activities be located?
The meals and entertainment will be held in Bldg. # 6, The Commercial Exhibit Bldg A.
The vendors will be stationed in Bldg. # 7, Commercial Bldg E.
The seminars will take place at Bldg. #2, The Elkhart County Community Center.
All meals, entertainment and seminars will be located on the fairgrounds property.
The motor home display will be located between Geranium Lane and Hollyhock Street.
How will I know when events are scheduled?
Please continue to check back on the website www.fleetwoodrv.com/mhevent for updates. In addition, a schedule of activities will be sent via email to all attendees 4-6 weeks in advance of the rally.
Will there be activities for children?
Yes, there will be scheduled activities for the children - more information to follow on the website www.fleetwoodrv.com/mhevent.
General Information
May I drive my vehicle to the conference center?
Yes, you may drive your vehicle to the Elkhart County Community Center or the commercial Bldg. E anytime you desire. We encourage you to use the trams if posisble.
